Hindmarsh will construct and manage a sizable lifestly (retirement) village on the former Burnie Courst site in Lyons.

Stage 1 of the development comprises 27 single storey villas, 16 multi-storey apartments and over 500sqm of community facilities amongst extensive landscaped grounds.

Bellerive, is now selling Stage 1 with only limited dwellings left. Construction is expected to commence early in the second half of 2008.

Lyons Estate

Description:

In December 2005, Hindmarsh was appointed as the preferred tender for a Joint Venture with the Department of Disability, Housing & Community Services to redevelop the old Bernie Court housing site on Melrose Drive in Lyons, ACT.

Hindmarsh plan to construct a multi-storey residential building bordered by Burnie and Launceston Streets and Melrose Drive in Lyons.

Construction is expected to commence in 2009.

Description:

Hindmarsh, in conjunction with the Returned & Services Leauge of Australia (RSL) are planning to redevelop the RSL's National Headquarters on the corner of Blamey Crescent and Constitution Aveune in Campbell.

The building is expected to be in excess of 20,000sqm GFA and offer extensive office space for a major tenant whilst preserving a much needed portion of modern high quality office space for the RSL to continue its work in the national capital.
