Beijing Kingdy Parking Co. Ltd was established in Beijing in 1998 as a specialised parking management, car park investment and development company. It was the first of its kind in China, achieving ISO9001 and British UKAS Quality Assurance in the Parking Industry in China.
Over the past six years, Kingdy Parking has successfully developed its business and built a reputable corporate brand. Its rapid and solid expansion has allowed it to consolidate its position as one of the parking industry leaders in China.
The company has grown from a few permanent staff when established, to almost 1,500 full time employees. There are now in excess of 40,000 car parking spaces currently under the company’s management.
Kingdy Parking is a standing member of the China Property Management Association as well as an active member of the China Parking Industry Administration Commission and China Heavy Machinery Association.
The Kingdy Parking business has two principal operating divisions: the Parking Management Division and the Car Park Consulting and Engineering Division.
Under the Parking Management Division, a total of 12 sub-divisions are independently operated throughout Beijing. The 30,000 bays currently under management include a wide range of open parking sites, office buildings, hotels, commercial centres, government department buildings and residential properties. The new National Grand Theatre 1000-bay car park in the centre of Beijing will shortly commence operation under a 23 year BOOT scheme.
The Car Park Consulting & Engineering Division is focused on planning and designing new car parks, as well as investing in parking projects. It provides a comprehensive variety of services, ranging from consulting and planning to design and project management.
