The diverse operations of Hindmarsh were extended in 1997 by the addition of its wholly owned car parking management company, EziPark Pty Limited.
EziPark has a portfolio of eighteen car parks in Adelaide, Melbourne, and ACT.
Internationally, Hindmarsh has entered into a joint venture with Kingdy Parking in Beijing, China. Established in 1998, Kingdy Parking is the largest privately owned parking company in Beijing with over 30,000 car spaces under management and is the first professional car park management and consulting company in China.
