The Metropolitan Apartments Win Another Award

On Saturday night the Master Builders of Australia National Housing Awards were held at the Gold Coast, and Hindmarsh were happy to accept the award for Winner of the National Medium Density High Rise Apartment Building for the Metropolitan Apartments.

Lyons Estate

On 16.05.07, the ACT Department of Housing and Hindmarsh signed a Joint Venture Agreement to redevelop the 3 hectare Lyons Estate, adjacent to the Woden Town Centre. The project includes the development of a 123 unit retirement facility to be owned and managed by Hindmarsh Retirement as well as around 120 residential apartments.

 

Woden Development

Joint-venture partners Hindmarsh and the ACT's Land Development Agency will develop an 11 hectare greenfield site in Canberra's Woden Valley, with a residential, commercial and retirement village project worth around $350 million in construction costs.
