Hindmarsh is the Project Manager and Construction Manager of Stage 4 of the Flinders Link Development in Adelaide South Australia.

The office building consists of 13 levels of office space with a café and lobby located on ground floor leased solely to Santos Limited. The building entails modern design concepts and ideas for work places now and well into the future.

The building is designed and constructed as an ecological sustainable development and targeting a GBCA 5 green star rating and 5 ABGR 5 star rating that will optimise energy usage and comfort levels for the occupants.

The sleek and stylish office building comprises of over 15,000 m2 of net lettable area that consists of centrally located core adjacent a full height atrium and stair ensemble connecting each floor.

• The construction of two apartment tower blocks atop of an existing 6 storey car park fronting Adelaide’s North Terrace, a wide boulevard housing the University, Art Gallery, Museum and State library.

• The development was the first for Adelaide requiring "air rights" to be obtained.
• The complex consists of two towers, the South Tower being 5 storeys high and comprising forty five 2 bedroom apartments, and the North being 7.5 storeys high comprising 66 various sized apartments including 3 bedroom penthouses of over 200m2 floor area incorporating a mezzanine level.
• Construction difficulties included a confined site, restricted access for deliveries and a single tower crane for all deliveries and erection, with extensive perimeter protection required for the public below.

Hindmarsh are the builder for the 40 bed state of the art metal health facility located at the Flinders Medical Centre in South Australia. The project involves a two stage construction process, commencing with demolition of an existing building and construction of the new tunnel and roadway for 24 hour uninterrupted access for the Flinders Medical Centre staff. Establishing the roadway enabled the second stage to commence involving construction of the new main building.

The building is shared between Salisbury council, Uni-SA and the Salisbury Library. First building with recycled water to all toilets, recycled timber sunlouvres, *computer barn open to public 24/7, library and theatre. This building is now the University of South Australia's head office

Education and training facility over 15,000m² incorporating commercial kitchens, baking, butchery, small goods manufacture, food science, retailing and function room facilities.

Earthquake upgrade, heritage restoration and exhibition installation including worlds most extensive Australian Aboriginal Cultures Gallery.

1200sqm CBD office of 12 levels plus basement carpark inclusive of integrated fitout.

8 level office and basement car park together with integrated fitout and staged occupancy.

Total redevelopment, fitout and fire and life and earthquake upgrade. Works staged with continual/partial occupancy.

Hindmarsh are the builder for the new Endoscopy suite department  located at the Flinders Medical Centre in South Australia.

The project involved a complex rework to existing services, including civil & fit out components. The worksincludes 3 procedure rooms and associated patient care and administrative support areas.
