Medy is a professional managing contractor and project manager with proven experience in development, design, construction and management of major complex projects. He has developed expertise in all phases of Property and Development Delivery including feasibility and start up, value and risk management, client briefing, project initiation, design, project development, documentation, tendering, project funding, contracts, construction, post construction services and WOL (whole of life) strategies.

David Oliver

National Risk Manager, Construction

David has over 25 years experience in the construction and property industry including senior project management roles on some of Canberra’s most significant projects, including Parliament House, Russell Offices Redevelopment and the HQJOC Project. David’s experience extends to all aspects of commercial, residential, institutional, club and special purpose projects. David’s experience and skills in adding value, providing strategic input, working closely with client and user groups, and leading multi-discipline project teams combine to provide a valuable asset to any project.

Paul Carmody

General Manager - Safety & Processes

Paul has over thirty years experience in the planning and management of construction projects in both the public and private sectors.

Following completion of his Carpentry and Joinery apprenticeship and Building Certificate, Paul worked in the construction division of the National Capital Development Commission on a wide range of projects including Cameron Offices, Bruce Indoor Sports Centre and the Australian War Memorial Repository Building at Mitchell.

Gerry Ryan

Chief Financial Officer

Gerry joined Hindmarsh in 2008 as a Senior Development Manager and took on the Chief Financial Officer role in February 2009.  He has over 25 years experience as an accountant in the professional, commercial and public sectors, most recently as a senior executive in the property development industry.

Before joining Hindmarsh he was General Manager Corporate and Finance for the ACT Land Development Agency and was appointed as a Government representative to the Boards of Management of large residential and urban mixed use development joint ventures in the ACT. Gerry is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors - Australia.

Rowan Hindmarsh

General Manager - Hindmarsh Parking

Rowan is responsible for all the car park activities of Hindmarsh. This covers the parking management operations undertaken by the wholly owned subsidiary ezipark, exploring growth opportunities for ezipark, seeking new development and construction opportunities of car parks and developing new and innovative parking technology solutions. Previously Rowan worked in China managing Hindmarsh’s investment in a car parking joint venture and exploring other growth opportunities in Asia.

Prior to joining Hindmarsh, Rowan spent 6 years working as a project manger with Accenture working with clients such as AMP, the ATO, Vodafone and UBS investment bank based in London.
